Intermediate rent homes
Octavia has a range of Intermediate Rent homes in central and west London, offering the opportunity to rent a home at a rent that is at least 20% less than the market rate that you would expect to pay for if you were renting from a private landlord in the same area.
We have a range of different types of intermediate rental homes including studios, one, two and three bedroom flats and apartments suitable for sharers. These home both post graduate students and those working in London who meet our eligibility criteria.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for an intermediate rental home, you must:
- Be working
- Have a gross household income of less than £66,000 per annum to rent a shared apartment, studio, one or two bedroom home
- Have a gross household income of no more than £80,000 per annum to rent a three or more bedroom home
- Be able to afford up to 80 per cent of the local market rent without assistance, e.g. Housing Benefit.
For some developments, there may be other criteria, such as criteria specific to the borough you are currently living or working in.
We also have a limited number of units for rent to post graduate students and research fellows and their families on our Ducane Estate in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Before you rent a home with us, we will ask you to complete a financial assessment.
