Sulgrave Gardens Gets Shortlisted

Sulgrave Gardens

We have been shortlisted in the category of ‘Most Innovative Affordable Housing Scheme’ at the 2015 Housing Innovation Awards for our project, The Greenhauses - Sulgrave Gardens

The Housing Innovation Awards celebrate everything innovative in the UK housing sector, showcasing the most innovative housing providers, projects and supply-chain partners.

Completed in September 2013, Octavia's Sulgrave Gardens is a significant scheme not only because it provided 30 new homes for rent, sale and shared ownership in a very desirable location but it is also the largest development in the Capital to be built using Passivhaus principles - the most comprehensive energy standard and is set to save residents up to 90% on their fuel bills.

The 2015 winners will be decided by an independent panel of industry experts and announced at the annual gala dinner on Wednesday 18th February, when housing’s most dynamic professionals will converge on Covent Garden's Grand Connaught Rooms to enjoy an evening of awards, networking and entertainment.
